Elite Alliance Updates

A public place for supporter impact.

Elite Alliance supporters should not have to guess what monthly giving helps make possible. This page sets the quarterly reporting rhythm for verified supporter progress, access support, outreach and recognition.

Founding 100 Progress

Real numbers only.

This public progress panel uses verified charity donation records. It will not show guessed supporters, pledged support or social media estimates.

Quarterly Rhythm

What every Alliance update should cover.

The first live update should be published after the first quarter of active monthly giving, once donation records and activity evidence can be checked.

Supporters joined

How the Founding 100 supporter base is growing, using verified donation records.

Funds raised

Quarterly totals from completed donation records, with Gift Aid shown separately where relevant.

Access support

Practical help made possible, such as funded places, kit support, equipment or delivery costs.

Outreach supported

School links, camps, mentoring, community activity and trusted routes into positive support.

Recognition moments

Awards, family moments and consented stories showing young people being seen properly.

What we learned

Honest notes on gaps, next needs and what the charity wants to improve next.

Reporting Promise

The update should build trust, not just excitement.

Elite Alliance updates should be clear enough for supporters, parents, local businesses and funders to understand what the charity is learning as well as what it is achieving.

Use real records rather than inflated claims.
Protect young people's privacy and only share consented stories.
Keep charity donations separate from club fees and shop payments.
Show restricted and unrestricted support clearly.
Report Gift Aid as an estimated uplift until claim records are reconciled.
Thank supporters collectively while respecting anonymous preferences.
First Update

Publish once there is verified supporter activity.

The first quarterly update should include real supporter progress, completed donation totals, what was supported, one consented human moment if available, and the next clear need.

Founding 100

The goal is simple: 100 monthly supporters.

One hundred people giving £10/month would create £12,000 of reliable annual backing before Gift Aid. The public update should show progress toward that goal using verified data.

Join The Circle

Supporters make the reporting possible.

Monthly giving helps the charity plan and then report back with more confidence.
