Sponsorship

Local businesses can make visible community moments possible.

Sponsorship gives companies a practical way to back access, outreach, awards, camps and family events while helping the charity tell a clearer story of community support.

Sponsorship Routes

Back something people can actually see and feel.

Businesses should be able to choose a route that matches their values while the charity keeps the purpose, benefits and reporting clear.

Partner Route

Community Ally

Help Elite Alliance grow through matched giving, launch support, QR promotion or business-backed monthly support.

Partner Route

Awards And Recognition

Support medals, certificates, family events and moments where young people are publicly celebrated.

Partner Route

Schools And Outreach

Back structured sessions, enrichment, mentoring and targeted delivery with local schools or partners.

Partner Route

Kit And Access

Help remove practical barriers through boots, kit, equipment, food, travel or subsidised places.

Partner Route

Skills And Gifts In Kind

Offer professional skills, venues, equipment, food, printing, media or other useful non-cash support.

Community Ally

A business route for the Elite Alliance launch.

Community Ally is for local companies that want to help the monthly supporter circle grow without being treated like an individual Gift Aid donor. The charity can agree whether support is a donation, sponsorship, gift in kind or a mixed arrangement.

Match the first month

Match the first month of new Elite Alliance donations up to an agreed cap.

Back the Founding 100

Support a 100-supporter launch push through QR promotion, event presence or matched support.

Sponsor the update

Fund the practical cost of reporting back through photos, printed updates, event moments or supporter communications.

Give useful support

Provide printing, bottles, equipment, refreshments, venue space, media or other gifts in kind.

Partnership Process

A good sponsor journey is clear before money changes hands.

Stage 1

Start with the outcome or community moment the business wants to support.

Stage 2

Agree whether the support is a charitable donation, sponsorship, or a mix that needs separate treatment.

Stage 3

Confirm purpose, visibility, benefits, safeguarding boundaries and reporting expectations in writing.

Stage 4

Deliver the activity, capture evidence and report back with appropriate photos, figures and learning.

Charity Clarity

Sponsorship should support the mission, not blur it.

The Project can recognise local partners, but it should stay clear on what is a charitable gift, what is a sponsorship benefit and how young people are protected.

Commercial benefits are recorded separately from charitable donation income.
Support connected to young people must respect safeguarding, consent and image-use boundaries.
Restricted support is tracked against the agreed purpose.
The Project remains separate from Junction Elite FC club operations and management systems.
Business Support

Start with the community outcome, then shape the package.

The strongest sponsorships are specific, visible and properly recorded from the start.
