Elite Alliance Captains

Help find the first 100.

The fastest route to the Founding 100 is not cold traffic. It is trusted people making warm, careful introductions to families, alumni, local supporters and businesses who may already understand the work.

Captain Model

Ten trusted people can make the first target feel reachable.

A captain is not a salesperson. They are someone trusted enough to explain the charity ask clearly, share the link, and send people to the right route.

Offer To Help

Parent and family captain

Speak to families who already understand what access, belonging and recognition can mean for young people.

Alumni captain

Reconnect former players, older siblings and people whose journey was shaped by Junction Elite.

Community captain

Share the campaign with local residents, volunteers, faith groups and people who care about youth opportunity.

Business captain

Start warm conversations with local businesses while keeping sponsorship and individual donations clearly separate.

Four Week Push

A launch rhythm that stays respectful.

The ask should be clear, personal and accountable. No pressure, no inflated claims and no confusion with club payments.

Week 1

Choose ten people who already know the work, then send one personal message rather than a generic broadcast.

Week 2

Follow up gently with people who showed interest and offer the short link, QR code or launch pack.

Week 3

Ask two supporters to share the campaign with someone else who may care about access and belonging.

Week 4

Point everyone back to the public progress and updates pages so the campaign feels accountable.

Warm Audience

Start with people who already understand the need.

A warm introduction is more effective and more respectful than asking strangers to fund something they have not seen.

Parents and carers who already attend sessions or events.
Former players, older siblings and alumni families.
Coaches, volunteers, trustees and trusted community adults.
Local business owners who know the club or charity story.
Schools, venues and community partners who see the need first-hand.
Supporters who helped at awards nights, camps or clean-up initiatives.
Message Bank

Use personal wording, then point people to one link.

These are starting points. The best version sounds like a real person who knows why the charity matters.

Parents and families

The Junction Elite Project has launched Elite Alliance, a monthly supporter circle helping remove cost barriers and back access, outreach and recognition for young people. The first goal is 100 monthly supporters. You can join or share it here: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea

Former players

If Junction Elite has been part of your story, Elite Alliance is a simple way to help the next young person access support, belonging and recognition. Monthly support starts from GBP 5: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea

Local businesses

The Junction Elite Project is building Elite Alliance, a monthly supporter base for access, outreach and recognition. Businesses can help as Community Allies, match supporters or sponsor a launch moment: https://www.tjeproject.org/sponsorship#community-ally

Community supporters

Elite Alliance helps The Junction Elite Project make football-linked community support more reliable for young people in South West London. First goal: 100 monthly supporters. Join or share here: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea

Guardrails

Keep the ask clean.

Elite Alliance should feel warm and ambitious, but it still needs to be a properly governed charity donation route.

Do not pressure anyone to donate.
Do not promise a specific place, team benefit, kit item or personal reward.
Do not describe Elite Alliance as a paid membership product.
Do not use private stories, names or images without consent.
Do keep club fees, shop payments, sponsorship and charity donations clearly separate.
Do point people to the public update page for verified progress.
Accountability

Growth should be visible, but only when verified.

The public progress panel should use confirmed charity donation records. Captains can help invite people in, but the website should report only what has actually been processed.

Verified donations only

Public progress should come from confirmed charity donation records, not screenshots, pledges or private promises.

Quarterly updates

Supporters should be pointed to the update page so they know how progress will be reported back.

Business clarity

If a business receives promotion or visible benefits, treat that route as sponsorship rather than an individual Gift Aid donation.

Donor care

Anyone asking about cancellation, Gift Aid, receipts or refunds should be routed to the charity email.
