Help the first 100 supporters find their way in.
This page gives the charity a practical sharing hub: one short link, one QR code, WhatsApp copy, social captions and a business route that keeps monthly donations and sponsorship clear.
One scan should land on the monthly supporter page.
The QR code points to https://www.tjeproject.org/ea, a short route that forwards people straight to the Elite Alliance join section.

Grassroots campaigns spread through people, not adverts.
Start with people who already know the club, the charity, the families or the community. A personal message will usually beat a polished post.
Share On WhatsAppI’m helping The Junction Elite Project launch Elite Alliance: a monthly supporter circle removing cost barriers and backing access, outreach and recognition for young people through football-linked community support. The first goal is 100 monthly supporters. £10/month from 100 people would create £12,000 of reliable annual backing before Gift Aid. Join or share it here: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea
Use different wording for different audiences.
The core message stays the same, but parents, alumni, local supporters and businesses need slightly different reasons to act.
Parents and families
We’re launching Elite Alliance, a monthly supporter circle for The Junction Elite Project. Small monthly gifts help remove cost barriers and support access, outreach, recognition and safer delivery for young people. First goal: 100 monthly supporters. Join here: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea
Former players and alumni
If Junction Elite has been part of your journey, this is a simple way to help the next young person get access, support and recognition. Join Elite Alliance from £5/month: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea
Local supporters
Elite Alliance helps The Junction Elite Project make football, belonging and opportunity more reliable for young people in South West London. Monthly support starts from £5: https://www.tjeproject.org/ea
Businesses
Local businesses can support Elite Alliance as Community Allies, helping create reliable backing for access, outreach and recognition. Start a conversation: https://www.tjeproject.org/sponsorship#community-ally

Make the launch feel collective without fake scarcity.

Use the short route so every QR code, WhatsApp message and pitch-side poster lands on Elite Alliance.
Ask warm people first
Parents, former players, coaches, trustees, local supporters and business owners are the strongest first audience.
Build the first 100
Ask ten trusted people to each introduce ten monthly supporters. It is more realistic than hoping cold traffic converts.
Report back
Point supporters toward the quarterly update page so the campaign feels accountable from day one.
Put the ask where supporters already are.
Elite Alliance should feel visible at community moments without turning every interaction into a hard sell.
Best for parents, alumni, coaches and small supporter groups. Keep it personal and direct.
Use awards-night images, short captions and the Founding 100 goal. Keep the link in bio or stories.
Use the business and Community Ally angle for local companies, funders and professional contacts.
Pitch-side QR
Use the QR code at events where people already understand the community and can act quickly.
Businesses need a different route from individual donors.
A business can help match monthly supporters, sponsor an update, fund a launch moment or provide gifts in kind. If recognition or other promotional benefits are involved, treat it as sponsorship rather than an individual Gift Aid donation.
Ask a local business to back the first 100.
Businesses can match the first month, match the first 50 supporters, support the awards night launch, or sponsor a specific access or clean-up strand.
Use one clear link for the whole campaign.
The short route keeps QR codes, WhatsApp messages and printed materials pointing to the same monthly supporter journey.
