A community project with football at its centre.
The Junction Elite Project is the charity connected to Junction Elite FC. It exists to widen access, support young people and build community opportunity around the power of football.
Football can open doors when the support around it is real.
The Project focuses on the charitable and community work around football: access, outreach, mentoring, schools, camps, recognition, family support and routes into opportunity.
Junction Elite FC gives the charity a trusted football culture to build from. The charity has its own identity, purpose and public-benefit focus, so it can speak clearly to families, donors, schools, sponsors and funders.
Related to the club. Separate in purpose.
The charity website should feel visually connected to Junction Elite FC, but it must be warmer, clearer and more community-led than the club management system.

The work should feel practical and human.
These principles give the rest of the site a spine: positive, funder-ready and grounded in real community moments.
Young people should not miss out because cost, confidence, kit or travel gets in the way.
The Project exists to create consistent spaces where young people and families feel seen.
The charity should carry the same visible ambition as the club while serving a public benefit.
Football can become a route into mentoring, leadership, volunteering and wider opportunity.
