The charity should make it easy for supporters to understand their donation, change details, and share the Alliance without pressure.
Check that your receipt and donor details look right.
Save the donor care email in case you need to change or cancel.
Share the Elite Alliance link with one person who may understand the work.
Watch for the next supporter update once there is verified activity to report.

Need to change something?
Email the charity with your donation reference or Stripe receipt. This keeps payment, Gift Aid and recognition records tidy.

You can change or cancel your monthly donation at any time by contacting the charity.

Tell the charity if your name, address or tax status changes so Gift Aid records stay accurate.
Recognition preference
You can ask to be thanked publicly, stay anonymous, use a business name or change that choice later.
