Who can take part
Applicants must be aged 18 or over, live in the UK, have a verified account and receive approval from The Junction Elite Project. A donation is not required to apply. Approval is subject to eligibility, conflicts of interest and the required fundraising agreement.
Registration assigns a personal code and QR automatically after you confirm the eligibility and programme terms. You can view these in your dashboard while activation is pending. A reserved code is not permission to fundraise and does not establish commission entitlement.
These general programme terms do not replace a signed agreement specific to the fundraiser or any required solicitation statement. The approved agreement and disclosure must be in place before fundraising starts.
When the charity has issued its signed online standard offer, eligible independent adults in England and Wales can complete an individual agreement and donor disclosure, explicitly sign it electronically, and activate automatically. Connected-person, charity officer, employee and trustee arrangements require an independent countersignature. The online offer grants one year of recruitment permission, then renewal; valid continuing commission from donors already introduced is not cut off when recruitment ends. Monthly payout approval and Stripe verification remain separate.
Eligible referrals and commission
For an approved referral, the commission is 25% of each successfully collected eligible monthly donation before payment processing fees. Commission is rounded down to whole pennies for each payment. For example, an eligible £20 monthly payment creates £5 of commission, subject to the checks and holding period below.
The referral must be attributed through the approved referral link or code when the supporter joins. Anyone who has already made a successful Elite Alliance donation, including a one-off gift, cannot receive a new referral attribution. The original eligible donor remains attributed to that referrer for future eligible monthly payments, including a later resumption after cancellation. A different referrer cannot replace the original attribution.
Gift Aid, test payments, one-off donations and football club income are excluded. Unpaid or failed donations do not earn commission. Referring yourself, offering cashback or sharing a financial benefit with the donor or a connected person is not permitted.
Review and payment
Commission is held for at least 30 days after payment. Eligible amounts are reviewed in monthly batches and require a separate finance approval. Approval is not automatic. Referrers must complete recipient and bank-detail setup on Stripe's secure page and keep their payment details and eligibility up to date.
Stripe processes approved payouts. A submitted payout may still be processing. A payout shown as sent means Stripe has sent the funds; it does not confirm that the recipient's bank has credited them. Payment timing depends on the review, available eligible funds and Stripe's requirements.
Refunds, disputes and payment reversals reduce commission. If a payment has already been sent, the adjustment is applied to future earnings. An uncertain payout or unresolved adjustment may remain on hold for finance review.
How to share responsibly
Share only with appropriate adults in your own network and where you have permission to contact them. Do not send spam, buy contact lists, pressure anyone or approach children. Explain that you may receive commission using the approved donor disclosure, and describe the charity and use of donations accurately.
Do not promise Gift Aid eligibility, guaranteed outcomes or benefits in exchange for a donation. Referrers must not collect donations or payment details themselves; supporters donate through the charity website.
Privacy and questions
Your referral dashboard shows your own aggregate balances and referral count. It does not disclose donors' identities. For questions about approval, an adjustment or a payment record, contact hello@tjeproject.org.
